Stephanie Eiles

Stephanie is the founder of Fit Function and is the company’s senior marketing executive and product designer. With more than 13 years of providing marketing products and services to Fortune 1000 companies and local organizations and businesses, she has honed Fit Function’s offerings to leverage her vast experience and professional approach to doing business in the product industry.

After earning a B.S. in Product Design from NCSU and holding marketing agency and tradeshow exhibit manufacturer consulting positions, Stephanie found that fulfilling custom marketing and promotional products was a perfect blend of her marketing expertise and product design skills. Stephanie has built Fit Function to realize her product marketing vision to work with clients to design, manufacture, and fulfill products, with the result of a customized, branded, cost-effective item that an end-user will find useful and clients are proud to endorse.

Marsha Perry

Marsha is a marketing consultant and Fit Function’s program manager. Marsha joined Fit Function to let her creative side shine and let her past experiences enhance Fit Function’s large project capabilities. Her transition to marketing products and services comes after 14 years of project management in the clinical research and healthcare industry and a lifetime of attention to detail and high expectations.

Marsha thrives on multi-pronged projects while thinking of the global picture and how each activity and product interacts with another. Clients with long-term programs that require continuous planning and fulfillment are refreshed with Marsha’s project management clarity and steadiness with her fresh perspective of effectively integrating marketing products into standard business processes.

For Fit Function’s healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, Marsha’s industry experience in related-processes, guidelines, and policies is paramount in developing study tools for site staff use, in-home use by patients, patient recruitment kits, investigator meeting incentives, and other study-related tools and enrollment incentives.

In addition to the management team, Fit Function’s employees have expertise in process engineering, logistics, warehousing, and technology. Part of Fit Function’s team is an amazing network of manufacturers, printers, suppliers and specialty skills like woodworkers and language translators.
